COLLEGE PREVIEW coordinates ALL the College Visits for a tour, including 'exclusive' group tours of the campus led by a college student tour guide and information sessions provided with the Admissions Officer assigned to your high school's region (based upon availability).

COLLEGE PREVIEW coordinates ALL the travel (air & bus), lodging (hotels) and meals (when requested, additional fees apply).

COLLEGE PREVIEW can coordinate ALL the meals for the group (usually not included in the tour prices) and special events (museum visits, ball games, etc.) upon request.

The COLLEGE PREVIEW Courier is with the group 24/7, coordinating the day's activities and overseeing the supervision of the group at nite. This allows the College Counselor the opportunity to interact with their students and to learn more about each college.

Unique among College Tour providers, COLLEGE PREVIEW provides ALL their participants with a Student Binder to take home with them, packed with college admissions information, scholarship resources and the most vital component of our program, the Scribing Sheet (Campus Evaluation Form). Most Counselors will incorporate the Student Binder into their One-on-One Sessions with their students after the tour.

The Counselor/ Program Coordinator is provided with a Post-Tour Evaluation Report compiled from students' evaluations and comments of the trip. This helps to improve future tours and keeps students involved in the process.

The report will provide detailed information about the student's opinions of the colleges visited, the overnight lodging accommodation.

COLLEGE PREVIEW assumes ALL the liability for the tour, with each student (and parent) participant agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. It is therefore in the BEST interest for COLLEGE PREVIEW to have 100% control of the trip.

COLLEGE PREVIEW Couriers have the experience of overseeing teenagers in an overnight or residency lifestyle situation.

The COLLEGE PREVIEW Courier oversees the night-time supervision for the group, coordinating with the hotel security and front desk staff. This allows the Counselor/ Program Coordinator to relax at the end of the day.
