College Visits

Each Counselor or Program Coordinator has the ability to choose which colleges to visit during their tour and the purpose for each visit (campus tour, admissions presentation or both).

COLLEGE PREVIEW typically coordinates with the Admissions Office or Visitor Center at each college to arrange the group's visit. We recommend that visits are scheduled for Monday thru Friday and should not exceed (50) students for each group

Air & Ground Transportation
Each Counselor or Program Coordinator has the ability to choose the method of transportation for their trip (charter ground service only or a combination of air & charter ground services).

COLLEGE PREVIEW works with airline companies and charter ground services nationwide, coordinating thru the Groups Desk for convenient group bookings.

Overnite Lodging & Meals

Each Counselor or Program Coordinator has the ability to request the type of hotel lodging for their group and the type of meal offerings for their students.

COLLEGE PREVIEW typically books with brand name hotels that are enclosed properties, with no direct-access to the rooms. Trip Fees typically do not include the costs for meals. However, meal arrangements can be made, at an additional cost.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Each Counselor or Program Coordinator has the ability to arrange extra-curricular activities for their group. Additional fees may apply depending upon the arrangement.

COLLEGE PREVIEW can make group arrangements to non-fee based activities (shopping or beach visits) and fee-based activities (museums, amusement parks and national parks).
